Transwellness Resources & Support Network is a non-profit organization. We provide many resources and support to transgender and non-binary individuals inside and outside Northeast Ohio without barriers, and are rapidly expanding. Our organization provides services including: HIV/Prevention, Trans Activism, Community Outreach, Safe Sex Kits, Trans Education/101 Training, Case Management, Name Changes, Gender Marker Updates, Birth Certificates, State IDs, EBT food assistance, CMHA Application, Notary, Marriage,
Health Care/Insurance support, Cyber Drop-in space, Shelter/Job resource referrals and more.
The For Trans By Trans organization continues to operate as a safe and supportive space for transgender and non-binary people to thrive and have a sense of community among themselves.

Our mission is to foster a compassionate community that empowers transgender people to navigate their unique journeys with resilience and authenticity. Through education, advocacy, and a commitment to inclusivity, we strive to create a world where everyone can thrive, free from discrimination and stigma. Together, we work towards building a more understanding and accepting society for transgender individuals to live their lives authentically and without barriers.

We aspire to be the beacon of support, fostering a global network that empowers transgender individuals to embrace their true selves with confidence, dignity and honor. Through education, advocacy, and allyship, we believe in dismantling prejudices and creating an understanding that everyone, regardless of gender identity, deserves respect and should be validated through their autonomy with the freedom to live authentically. Together, we strive for a future where diversity is overcome, and this community is no longer marginalized.

Executive Director, CEO
Devinity is the CEO and founder of Transwellness Resources & Support Network, a non-profit organization that provides resources and support to transgender and non-binary individuals in and out Northeast Ohio without barriers. With over 20 years of advocacy experience, Devinity is passionate about creating a more inclusive and equitable world for this marginalized community without the barriers.
In 2019, Devinity founded at the LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland, Trans 101 Training, the Transwellness program now Trans+ and Trans You youth program now at Color’s Plus. Each programs provides a variety of services, including: Individual and group counseling/therapy; trans-specific health education; assistance with name changes and gender marker and resource referrals
The Transwellness program was served 4yr under Devinity and now Both program is still going strong and the Transwellness program new name TRANS+ with 2 amazing Facilitators and TransYou under the 2 amazing Colors plus Founders. Devinity is proud to have created a safe and supportive space and 101 Training for transgender and non-binary people to thrive at the LGBT Community Center and there partners.
In addition to her work, Devinity is also a community organizer and activist. She has worked with a variety of organizations to advocate for transgender rights, including the Human Rights Campaign, the National Center for Transgender Equality, Ending the AIDS Epidemic Campaign, Safe on the Scene and the Cleveland LGBT Community Center.
Devinity is a tireless advocate for transgender and non-binary people. She’s the Icon, powerful voice for change in Cleveland and she is committed to this one quit, Why wait for someone to do something for your community when you can do it yourself .

Palestinian Transgender Man (Healthcare Professional) The President is Passionate about helping his transgender community, and is drawn to the diversity, stigma, and challenges that trans individuals face daily. With his own lived experience, Anwaar brings a unique perspective and understanding to his work. He enjoys meditation, cooking and spending time with good friends.

With her own lived experience, Nakala brings a unique perspective and understanding. She enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Tony Correa

Treasurer
The Treasurer is the founder and CEO of B. Riley Sober Home which is one of only two sober living facilities in the country catering specifically to the LGBTQ community. Correa was recently recognized in Cleveland Magazine's Most Interesting People of 2020.Experience: CDCA II, went to school for Business Management and BA in Human Services with concentration on substance use disorder, real world experience in both addiction and recovery, grant writer, fundraising and marketing.

With her ally support , Rita brings a perspective like no other and a motherly understanding the Trans community deserves. She Enjoys cooking,traveling, nature and collecting crystals.
