Legal Name Changes, Birth Certificate, State IDs, EBT Assistance, CMHA Assistance, Shelter/Job Referral, Health Care/Insurance support, Cyber Activities, Food Pantry, Notary, Marriage services and more.

Trans 101

 providing training to professionals & organizations.

This training helps professionals to better understand the needs of transgender and non-binary people and to provide them with the best possible information with lived experience.

Community Outreach

Engages in our trans community with support like save sex kits and a trusted induvial they can talk with. Raising awareness about the transgender community and to build relationships with other organizations that support our mission.

Spiritual Motivation & Meditation

 Providing spiritual motivation and support to transgender and non-binary individuals. She helps them to connect with their spirituality and to find strength and resilience in life.

 

Guided drive to fulfill spiritual needs through human behavior.

Case Management

Providing individual and group case management to help transgender and non-binary individuals access the resources and support they need. This includes helping them with all our unique specific services this community have a hard time to access and the 

understanding you are somebody not just the stigma.
